Being Healthy in 2013: Tip 1

As you know health & wellness is probably one of the top 5 New Year's Resolutions in the United States. Over the next couple of posts, I will let you know how you can commit to healthy habits in 2013. Its very simple, if you are able to incorporate four tips into your daily routine.

The first tip is to shrink & multiply your meals. Try eating smaller, but frequent meals. This will assist you with burning calories. Gauge your hunger by eating when you feel "moderately" hungry and stop when you are comfortable and not full.
