Eat for your Blood Type!
While doing some research for topics on my next workshop at the Mosaic, I was reminded of some literature I read some years ago after a friend suffered a slight heart attack. The problem my friend faced was one related to his O blood type and strict vegetarian diet of 13 years. After the health scare, his doctor suggested that he begin to eat meat again, among other things. To this day, he is happier AND healthier!
I just wanted to share this link and if you have suffered from unexplained health related issues, it may be a good idea to research your blood type and your specific diet.
