Go Green!

Eating a variety of green foods is extremely important to your diet and overall health. Whenever I go a day without eating my greens, I notice a significant difference in how I feel. By eating a wide range of green foods, you are ensuring that your body is receiving adequate vitamins and nutrients. Some of the benefits of including green foods in your diet are, but not limited to, cancer protection, blood pressure stabilization, folate (to combat birth defects), and the ability to boost your immune system.
