I have recently ended my personal 21 day fast and on the last day, I wanted to try something different in my juice blend, so I reached for a favorite of mine - sweet potatoes! I have to be honest with you, I had been eyeing my sweet potatoes in the fridge for quite some time, but I did not want to ruin a perfectly tasty ingredient on juicing. After much consideration (I had no groceries!), I decided to go ahead and get to juicing and I was extremely surprised, yet happy that I did!
Of course, you can be creative with your recipes, but here's what I used:

My sweet potato juice |
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 orange
- 1 large nub of ginger (about an inch)
