Hydration Reminder!


Just a friendly reminder, because I know many people are over indulging in alcoholic beverages, to HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE!!

We are still in the midst of a crisis, that attacks our respiratory systems. Our bodies are made of 60% water and drinking water, allows for our bodies to maintain balance of fluids, which also includes loosening internal fluids such as mucus.

Warm lemon water, first thing in the morning is a great practice. Also, remember that you can infuse your water with lemons and/or limes, for alkalizing benefits.
