Fresh Pressed Juice Recipe w/ Jicama

I really had not experimented with various fruits and vegetables in a long while, but I purchased jicama wraps, in place of rice wraps, with the intent to make veggie rolls. within a short amount of time, the jicama wraps were expiring and to not throw anything away, I decided to toss them in my juicer.

Here's what you'll need for your juicer:
  • Jicama, sliced
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Ginger nub
  • 1 Lemon

If you've ever wondered about about jicama, it is a root vegetable, with a rather earthy flavor. I must say, that it wasn't too bad and actually added depth to my juice recipe.
