Here's what you'll need in your juicer:

- 6 celery stalks
- 2 large cubes of ginger root
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 beet
- 1/2 cup coconut water (I pour this in a glass first - not the juicer)
This mix will equip you with many vitamins, such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and folic acid. It is also a great detoxifier, diuretic and anti-inflammatory. Thanks to the ginger, you'll have a spike in energy, as well!
