To continue on, with products that I use, to relieve my IBS, Apple Cider Vinegar (aka ACV) is another option. I have blogged about ACV in the past and in 2013, I made this blog post about the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, along with one of the best brands to pick up!
Back in April, my friend had an extra bottle and he gifted me these ACV gummies. I have been taking them on occasion, after I have eaten food that I know will agitate my IBS. I try not to claim benefits of anything, unless I have experienced it myself. For me, these have been just as effective as taking shots of liquid ACV, yet they taste really good!
Here's what you should know, if you have IBS and want to use Apple Cider Vinegar:
- Promotes a healthy Gut, due to containing probiotics, which is the healthy bacteria our guts need.
- Relieves constipation and may act as a natural laxative.

In addition to its many health benefits, as it relates to the gut, ACV is also great for suppressing food cravings. As I stated above, I only consume ACV on an occasion and its because my goal is not weight loss, but to access its benefits to which it will aid me.
